Getting started

Create a club workspace

Choose the club edition, set the country and complete the first workspace setup.

Quick version

  1. Choose the club edition and start the workspace setup.
  2. Enter the club’s country, name and primary contact details.
  3. Confirm the workspace defaults, including currency and financial year start.
  4. Invite the officers who should help maintain the record.
  5. Open the first meeting or member view and check that the workspace is ready to use.

Before you start

Have the club’s current name, country, preferred currency and financial year start ready. You do not need a perfect member list to create the workspace; the import can happen after the basic setup is complete.

Create the workspace

Start from the club signup page and choose the edition that matches the organisation. The setup asks for the club details used in the workspace and in future member communication. Use a club-controlled email address where possible so the next officer can take over access.

Check the defaults

Review the currency and financial year start before adding dues plans. These defaults make later periods easier to configure, but they can be changed in settings when the club’s practice requires it. The first dues period should be anchored to the likely start date of the current cycle, not a date far in the future.

What to do next

Invite the officers who need access, then import or add members. Keep the original source file until the import has been reviewed and the club is satisfied that the record is complete.
