Version 1.0

Firetender v1.0: the first release for club officers

The first sellable version of Firetender is ready: a focused club workspace for member records, dues, meetings, attendance and clean officer handovers.

What v1.0 is for

I built v1.0 around the work a Rotary officer actually has to return to: keep the member record current, open the right dues period, record payments, prepare meetings, take attendance and leave a useful history for the next person.

The core record is together

A club workspace now brings members, dues periods, payment history, meetings, attendance, activities and follow-up into one place. Imports are reviewable before they become part of the record, and the system keeps the club’s history scoped to the club that owns it.

The handover is a feature

The product is designed for rotating volunteer roles. Officers can see what is current, what needs attention and what happened before them. That makes a handover more than a folder of files: it becomes a shared starting point for the next term.

What I have left out on purpose

v1.0 is not a public website builder, a complex events platform or a member social network. It is not trying to replace every system a district might use. I have kept the first release focused so I can improve the parts that make everyday club work clearer, based on feedback from real clubs.

Where we go from here

This is a first release, not a finish line. I will keep listening to officers, documenting what changes and making the product easier to start with. If your club is willing to try Firetender, I will help you import the members, configure the dues periods and prepare the workspace for your first meeting.
